The goal was to create a concept of a mobile app for a new car sharing company for a local client based in Minsk, Belarus.
Since this was a project from scratch, I had to start with the research.
First of all, I decided to focus on analyzing well-known existing services on the global and local markets to see the best practices, find a feedback from their real users and, as a result, to get understanding about the main feature set.
Based on my research, ideation and competitive analysis I defined the list of necessary functionality to cover all needs of both business and the end users:

The final stage was to define a visual UI direction and create all screens. Here are just a couple of them:
